RETURNS POLICY
Overview
Stencil Magic will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the correct products are always delivered
However, should the incorrect products be delivered, please do not throw away the original packaging, do not remove any labels and do not utilise the products.
Please email us within 2 working days, and let us know what is wrong with the products sent. Please repack the products and return them to Stencil Magic. Please note that if the client ordered the incorrect products, the client is responsible for the costs to return the incorrect products to us. If Stencil Magic sent the incorrect products, Stencil Magic will carry the costs of the return.
Should the original products be returned to us and found to be used or damaged at all when assessed, they will be returned to you and not replaced.
Replacement of products
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement products.
If you are approved, then your replacement order will be processed and the products sent out to you. If the error in the order was made by Stencil Magic, Stencil Magic will carry the cost of resending the replacement stock. If the error in the order was made by the client, the client will carry the cost of resending the replacement products.
